Class 3RA’s Blog

We are really excited about our new class… 4FP! If you want to hear about us next year, you should look at that blog which will be up and running soon. We are going to do loads of art at the end of term. We are going to make Greek pots out of papier mache and finish sketch up on the PCs and make photo frames for the photos of our little mermaid project. We’ll post some photos on here…

3RA have been learning about rocks. We have found out how igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks are formed. We went out into the adventure playground to see if we could find some of each type. These are our photos…

I am so so so proud of you all ! I cant believe what im hearing , every one is talking about this amazing show and incredibly cool and professional you all were!. You all must give your selves a big hearty pat on the back and say im brilliant and now turn to the person sitting next to you and give them a gentle pat not the back and say your brilliant to.
How did you manage to stay so calm cool and collected when most people get really nervous on a huge stage like that??? and there were lots of people in the audience. And every one loved it ….
I cant wait to see the DVDs , we going to do a a special film night for the children here and their folks, we will send you some photos.
I cant begin to tell you how impressed I am.
I had such fun working with you all and I must say I really missed you all when I left.

Thank you to all who supported us in our Little Mermaid performance on Wednesday. A huge well done from me to all the children who took part. We were all so incredibly proud of you.

Sorry we haven’t blogged for ages. We have being doing a project with an artist from Cape Town. Today we will edit some clips to put onto our blog so you can see what we have been doing.

We are learning about the ancient Greeks and we are going to do a Year 3 Olympics Games. This is because the ancient Greeks were very sporty and talented and did Olympic Games themselves. 3RA will play against 3EJ! Yesterday, we were practising how to throw discus. Callum, Shian and Haroon were the best. They threw it the furthest!
